West Columbia / Cayce Real Estate
Cayce is a suburb of Columbia located in Lexington and Richland counties along the Congaree River. Cayce is a 10min drive from downtown Columbia without having to access the highway. As of the 2010 US Census, the popular vote was 12,500. This area is sometimes referred to as “Cayce-West Columbia” however they are politically separate. The Columbia Metropolitan Airport stands adjacent to Cayce city borders.
The Congaree River is a main attraction of Cayce. This river offers many walking trails such as the Riverwalk. These trails are popular for running, biking, and nature observation.
