Originally licensed as a broker in 1972, also that year was 1 of the 30 1st licensed as a SC General Contractor. Bob Russel, Ab Jeffcoat, & Bob Capes were personal friends. Engineering degree is from GaTech. This year will be celebrating 50yrs in the business. Managed the construction of Riverbanks Botanical Garden in 92 & personally laid stones & built briidges of the river walk (a fun project). Renovated the Weston Plantation house built in 1777, taking it from an uninsurable fire trap (one of the few that survived Sherman) to a $1.7 million property.. Started flipping houses in 2006, so can advise instantly on the feasibility of a flip & provide engineered design work. Have helped clients survive 5 major market catastrophes & plan to continue. As Lynyrd Skynyrd says, “I know a little, & I can guess the rest”
